The Brief

In line with the activation of National Express’ new brand platform, its team sought to generate awareness and drive conversions, within a redefined target audience.

To deliver this, National Express, a long-standing HROC partner, required organic social media support that delivered content in line with its key pillars, fostered an engaged online community, and focused on appealing CTAs to drive website traffic.

The Solution

Over 12-months, HROC strategised and executed a tailored organic social media plan, designed to bring National Express’ new brand platform to life.

The team developed original content to resonate with its target audience, tailored by channel. As part of this, they incorporated National Express’ new tone of voice, leant into topical and trending social media moments, and worked onto optimising high-performing posts. In addition, we developed an #intheknow social series in line with its TV ad activation, offering tips, advice, and a competition launch, generating UGC for the brand.
